Who It’s For

One of my earliest school memories is overhearing my teacher tell my mom I was a “problem child.”

That I “just wouldn’t sit still.”

That “something’s wrong with him.”

I wasn’t trying to be difficult. I was a creative kid with a wild imagination and nowhere to put it.

But no one ever told me that your mindset shapes your reality.

That the beliefs we absorb young can echo for decades.

For years, I carried a belief that wasn’t mine— that something was wrong with me.

This book is for every kid who’s ever felt misunderstood.

For every parent trying to support their child in the right way.

And for every teacher who holds the power to label, or liberate, a young mind.

My deepest hope is that these words help others rewrite their story… and reclaim the pen.

Our Mission
